At the start of the summer, I embarked upon a brilliant project as part of my day job at House & Garden. I started testing out cookery courses around the country.
I’ve always a enjoyed a cookery course – in the past I’ve been to a few in London, along with special treats like Betty’s in Harrogate. But this was something else. I was soon attending at least one class a week, trying out classes as varied as cheese making and Malaysian street food.
