Interview: the creator of the cronut

One of the most fun parts of my job at House & Garden is getting to write about food. For example, I’m currently taking on the task of sampling Easter eggs to find the best. It’s a hard life! And earlier this week I met Dominique Ansel, the baker who created the infamous cronut.
